Rosalind Bioinformatics Problems

I have solved problems of Rosalind website that were related to the Introduction to Bioinformatics course and Bioinformatics Algorithms book using C++.
The course in which I did this project was taught by Dr. Ali Sharifi-Zarchi and Dr. Somayeh Koohi at Sharif University of Technology.

Computer Architecture Course Project

For the main project, we designed and tested a multicycle CPU using Quartus.

Also, we designed and tested different cache configurations using GEM5 in another project for this course.

The course in which we did this project was taught by Prof. Hossein Asadi at Sharif University of Technology.

Tarakav Graph Analysis Web Application

Final Project for Summer Software Engineering Internship.
Graph Analysis Web Application for bank transaction analysis, featuring path finding and max flow, which can be used to detect financial fraud.
Technologies: ASP.NET Core, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Elastic APM, Angular, Ogma

Duelyst

I have designed and implemented a clone of the Duelyst game as part of the Advanced Programming course alongside my teammates using Java and JavaFX.

The course in which we did this project was taught by Dr. Mahdi Mostafazadeh at Sharif University of Technology.
